Velile Mathabatha

Group Finance Officer

Proficiency: Finance, Accounting, Audit, & Payroll

Velile has over a decade career experience as a senior accountant, with in depth knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and standards in relations to the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) SA.

He is highly proficient and competent in overseeing audit procedures, and preparation of working papers. He obtains a B.Com (Financial Accounting) degree from North West University.

Muzi (Junior) Nkosi

Group Procurement Officer

Proficiency: Bid Strategy, Procurement, Compliance. & Tender Administration.

Muzi is a highly experienced senior procurement professional, whose specialty is tender administrator for both the public and private sector.

He is responsible for the commercial viability and business development of Maganyeni Holdings.

Moses Mole

Group Marketing Officer

Proficiency: Digital Marketing, Social Media, & Public Relations

Moses is the Group Marketing Officer for Maganyeni Holdings, a certified web analyst, social media specialist, digital marketer, and qualified public relations professional.

He is responsible for the groups internal and external communication content creation, managing the corporate identity, and developing the marketing and public relations campaigns.

Thato Maloma

Group Office Administrator

Proficiency: Office Administration, Bookkeeping, & Front Desk Support.

Thato is a very passionate and energetic individual with great interpersonal skills and administration expertise. She is responsible for administrative efficiency and coordinating all departments administration support activities. She also ensures accurate recording keeping of pertinent company information and maintains the assets registrar. Her duties also include welcoming and directing visitors, coordinating meetings and appointments.

Bonolo Mabala

Group Procurement Administrative Assistant

Proficiency: Tender Administration.

Bonolo is possess strong administrative skills with a keen eye on detail, planning, and time management. She is responsible for the procurement administrative process, which include attending tender briefings, bid preparation, and administration support for tenders.

She is valuable team member who demonstrates deep analytical thinking and organizational skills.

She holds a National Diploma in Transportation Management.

Nonhlanhla Sithole

Procurement Administrative Assistant

Proficiency: Tender Administration.

Nonhlanhla is a disciplined and target-driven individual who is able to work under pressure and solve problems. She began her career as a Debt Collector before transitioning into a procurement administrator.

She is responsible for monitoring new tender adverts, and procurement adverts issued by public and private sector organisations and compiling tender documents, ensuring tender submissions, and coordinating tender administration requirements.

Mohammed Mashifane

Group Technical Officer

Proficiency: ICT Technician, & Software Engineer

Mohammed is a highly proficient Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Technician and Software Engineer. He has more than 5 years’ experience in software integration, programming, configurations and systems maintenance at Maganyeni Holdings.

He is responsible for the groups’ overall information, communication and technology (ICT) infrastructure and systems, and also providing all technical assistance, and systems administration.
